(2) You agree (a) the remote access service is provided AS IS and without any warranty of any kind whatsoever;(b) we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, whether direct or indirect, punitive, special, general or consequential, caused by, related to or the use of remote access service; and (d) to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates (and our officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents) harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action or proceedings, and all damages, judgments, liabilities, losses and settlement amounts (including all attorneys fees and expenses) imposed against, suffered by or rendered against (including all settlement amounts) any of us which arise from, result from or are in any way related to the remote access service.
